A reformer needs to fit your everyday life as well as your room. Here’s what to think through.

Will it fit?

Allow for a machine footprint of 2.44 m × 0.61 m. That is just the reformer: you will also need room to get on, get off and move around it.

What is it like to move?

What resistance does it use?

This is a spring reformer. Its spring configuration sets the resistance for your exercises, rather than elastic cords.

High-resistance springs; the count is not shown on the listing.

What do I get with it?
